Apollo’s Favourite Places.

Apollo munching weeds and chamomile.

It was a pleasant evening for once and Apollo had some free play.  He always heads straight for the back garden rather than stay around the bunny pens. One of his favourite places is to head over to my young Cotoneaster hedge.  There is lots of foraging to be done.

And also nipping a few branches off, its good fun apparently.

Apollo knows he shouldn’t be nipping the branches off so he goes the other side of the hedge so I can’t shoo him off as easily.

Another favourite is the Laurel hedge.

Apollo loves the Laurel hedge not to eat, or nibble, he doesn’t touch it, but he loves to get in the thick of it. Its kind of a secret place he can mess about in and hide from me!

Apollo considers where he will head off to next.
Like a shot he’s off to the apple trees.
He pauses for a moment from all his chinning.

The apple trees are a firm favourite for all the bunnies, not just because of the obvious. It would appear the apple trees contain many different smells around the trunk and the surrounding area. They all have to chin them very hard and leave as much scent as possible and have a good dig. This has always happened right from day one when any bunny meets the apple trees.

He’s just had a nibble.

Now on to a quick enjoyable dig, then he’s off!

Then it’s back to the bunnies for some giddiness.
