So everyone this is Bob. He is three and a half years old and a Lionhead. Below is Bungle who is also three and a half years old and a Lionhead. They are a pair.

These bunnies had made their way to me as foster bunnies as sadly they had been at the rabbit sanctuary for just short of two years. I mean two years – how sad is that? The sanctuary had put a call out for fosterers as they were dealing with a multi rabbit household and more needed to be rescued but there was no room. So I offered and along came these two freeing up space at the sanctuary.

Their previous home had four toddlers in it (Eek!) and I think it was just a bit too much.

Due to recent changes in the bunny shed it meant I was down to six bunnies and assuming Apollo and Poppy pair, it meant I had a spare pen. Initially, my aim was to keep at six but to have fostered these two, I couldn’t bear the thought of them being without a home any longer. It’s very rare I ever have an opening for a pair of bunnies, I’m usually always after singles so perhaps it was fate for these two.

He’s also got very good at relaxing:

There are no other decent photos of Bungle yet as she is quite shy but they are both very happy bunnies now.
Welcome Bungle and Bob
