So the bunnies’ grandad brought a big bag of apple branches for the bunnies.

Bob and Bungle haven’t really had that many branches before but now they can’t wait for them. As for everyone else they know exactly what they are and apple being their favourite they all set about gnawing away.

Poppy could either take or leave the branches as she is doing here but as we have got further through the bag of branches she is a lot keener.

Branches are very good for bunnies, they’re a great boredom breaker, help keep their teeth trim and a different food to eat. A lot of mine will eat the buds and the thin twigs.  It has never caused them any problems. Just make sure any branches haven’t been sprayed with chemicals, are diseased and have not been in places where there is lots of pollution like a main road.

So far my bunnies have munched through three quarters of the bag.
